Process + Result = Confused

My opinion is that our experiences influence our personalities more than characteristics we were born with. Everyone is born with different characteristics that affect people's view, interpersonal relationship and attitude. However, people in process of growth experience a lot of things that influence their personality and development and it can cause those characteristics of change.

In my life many of my regular decisions are made from my experiences, and those experience always teach you what things you can or can't do. One example is when you get a new job in a new environment, you should use those experience to adapt a new situation. People tell you a lot of rules to let you know how to survive. When you accept various opinion from a lot of people, your ideas will change and also your behaviors, all influencing development and personality.

People experience many difficult moments in life that characteristics may help your decision making and we are always affected by experiences that change our original decision.
